Industrial Minerals
Lime (Quicklime & Hydrated Lime)
Quicklime and hydrated lime for steelmaking, water treatment, and construction.
Applications
Quicklime (CaO) is used as a flux in steelmaking and non-ferrous smelting, removing silica, phosphorus, and sulphur from molten metal. Hydrated lime (Ca(OH)2) is applied in potable and wastewater treatment, flue-gas desulphurisation, and soil stabilisation. Both grades serve construction mortars, plasters, and a broad range of industrial chemical processes.
